It was a pleasure doing business with everyone at Regal GMC. We live two hours away and our salesman, Eddie Fortune, made it easy. We’ve contacted other dealers and they made it a hassle to get anything done. I can tell you that the next time we’re looking for a new vehicle, Eddie and Regal will be our first choice.

Brought Truck back in 3 days after buying it from regal with transmission jurking and shutter,told them something wasn't right,was told after inspection that all it needed was a software update and told me nothing else was wrong with it but after getting it back and driving to work the next day it was even worse so I texted Joe my service advisor and told him what was happening got a response 4 days later from someone else checking up on the truck told them what it was doing and was told they will discuss it with their manager and get back to me next day,that was a while ago and I've never heard back from them,I'm not impressed with regal Chevy service center at all, I had to take time off work that I don't have to deal with a truck that should not have had issues with only 15k miles and just going through service before being listed for sale, now the Truck is at another Chevy dealership and within 2 hours of having it already diagnosed it with a bad torque converter that is being replaced

I set up a service appointment for the next morning they got me right in and out while I waited. I was out in less than an hour.

Very helpful and professional. Explained everything and was helpful in answering questions and concerns.
