Wonderful

It took 7 weeks and 3 service managers to fix my car. Several days would go buy and I would hear nothing from you. I was asked to pick up my vehicle because it was ready and 5 times it didn't even start!

What a seamless experience. While each and every person my wife and I interacted with were extremely polite, professional and friendly, I cannot say enough about salesman Troy. He was responsive, answered all of our questions and even stayed late (almost an hour after closing to walk us through all of the features of the vehicle). Lacey was also very friendly and professional. She also stayed late to ensure financing/tags and all of the things were squared away so we could wrap up the closing and leave without any worries or loose ends. I also appreciate the manager dropping by to shake our hands and thank us for our business. That goes a very long way in building loyalty. Thank you all. Really appreciate the low stress experience and my wife is happy with her new ride!

I had an appointment, and Lou explained what needed to be done to fix the problem. He then explained what they did when repair was done. He explained everything so well and made me feel confident what was done. Your waiting room has become more comfortable, and your service department has improved to serve people with confidence.
